Overview
Automate e - liquid filling capping for electronic cigarettes, micro tubes and small bottles, it is a high 
performance compact peristaltic liquid filling machine and can be customized. 
This machine can be  ideally suited to automatically bottle dispense, e - Liquid filling into the electronic 
cigarette tube and bottles. The system aseptically and precisely fills standard 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 30 ml dropper bottles and so on, and specialty conical tubes, and culture tubes, vials, and small bottles up to30 

ml.  The filling machine is composed of liquid filling, inner stopper putting and capping, it is 3 in 1 machine. And the e liquid filling machine can connect with labeling machine, sleeve shrink wrapping machine 

and boxing machine. 
An optional diving nozzle mechanism plunges the filling nozzles into the container for increased production speeds without splashing, and we can produce the different filing nozzles for your different  speed requirement. Filling volumes are programmable and can be adjusted from the touch screen.
